North Kiteboarding – The Evolution of Strapless Kitesurfing
Well, I have to say this video was great to see, but it didn’t acknowledge a lot of the people that pushed the sport strapless besides just a few pros. There is no doubt that the current generation of groms and pros are evolving strapless everyday, but @ LTS we knew it was going to be epic and possible in 2006. Many of us have been riding that way for a long time. I know I have not owned a board with straps be it Skim, Surf or Skate since 2006, and I certainly took my share of “wtf”. Heck that was why I launched LTS in 2007. So Kudos to North for officially acknowledging strapless as the standard, but some of us have known that for a long time… Welcome to the club. #losethestraps. Keep ripping, Lonny
